Pricing
AST reserves the right to modify pricing, terms of sale and product offerings, i.e. availability, design or construction, without notice. Product improvement is ongoing and descriptions and pictures may not always correspond precisely with the latest technical data. The prices listed are for reference only and is NOT our offer to sell products. We reserve the right to refer orders to AST distributors.

Payment Terms
American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Minimum Order
Each shipment invoiced must meet a $15.00 net minimum order requirement, excluding shipping charges.

Shipment
Shipments will normally be sent via UPS Ground. Other shipping options are available upon request.

Claims
All Claims must be communicated to the shipper (Assenmacher Specialty Tools, Inc.) within 24 HOURS of receipt of package.

Returned Goods
Any item returned to AST will only be accepted if accompanied by a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER initiated by AST.

Warranty durations run from the date of documented purchase (the day of purchase by the end user). All returns must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
